The HAVER ROTOCLASSIC®

At BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA 2011 the company presents on its stand No. H48, L49, a HAVER ROTOCLASSIC®. The ROTOCLASSIC®, which is based on proven and reliable HAVER technology, is characterized by many advantages: its modular design, its high performance, its low energy consumption. For the purpose of maintenance, a single module can be removed while still allowing the remaining machine to continue packing. Ease of maintenance and operation has been significantly improved. Common wear parts can be exchanged quickly and easily with just a few simple motions of the hand. In addition to high packing speeds, HAVER technology ensures clean packing operation. Reduced dust and minimum energy consumption are further benefits offered by the RCC.

The bag applicator RADIMAT

Through the sales of the new generation of HAVER ROTOCLASSIC® packing machines HAVER IBAU INDIA has been successful in getting a foothold. Now the next steps will be done: The automation of the bag placing process. The newly developed automatic bag placer RADIMAT is suitable for all Indian made cement bags, may it be woven stitched bag or the modern AD Star bag. The RADIMAT can even service other branches of packing machines. The big advantage for the customer is the increase of output by the automated process.

IBAU screw pump

Furthermore HAVER IBAU INDIA shows an IBAU screw pump. According to the design of IBAU Hamburg, the IBAU screw pump „made in India“ completely meets all quality standards of its founder, with whom together the necessary suppliers were developed and the assembly and service staff was trained. Equipped with its own IBAU test bench an ideally balanced screw is guaranteed. The IBAU screw pump „made in India“ is exclusively available for the Indian cement market, however there is one speciality: the HIN pump ca be used as a coal pump as well.

For more than fifty years screw pumps are being used for the pneumatic transportation of bulk materials such as cement, raw meal, fly ash or coal. Compared to other systems screw pumps have the unique advantage of being able to feed large quantities of such materials into a pneumatic conveying line practically without any blowback of air, thereby allowing the customer to install these in confined locations due to their compactness and overall low height. Especially two features distinguish the IBAU screw pump from its conventional rivals, its plug formation and its design of the bearings.
