What House? Property portal are already one of the largest online property sites dedicated to the new house market in the UK. They are partnered with various well respected developers and building companies and have a large searchable database of new build properties across the UK. There website features a news section where you can read about the latest property news from the UK and keep updated with what is happening with mortgage schemes, interest rates, house prices and more. But in the last year or so What House? has also launched various new projects and collaborations. Now they company have just announced they will be launching a bulletin service to notify interested parties, signed up to the service, about new development launches.
Last year What House? managed to secure a deal to be the main advertising partner for Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club and now have their name proudly displayed on the team shirts as well as on large billboards around the stadium. They have teamed up with former goalie for Wolves FC, Matt Murray, appointing him the official ambassador for WhatHouse.co.uk. Matt Murray first started to play for the Midlands based football team at just nine years old and worked his way up to play for the premiership team. But by the age of 29 he was forced to retire due to injuries. As a champion of new build homes, Murray will be blogging for WhatHouse? as well as interacting with website visitors, businesses and supporters.
And in July the property portal announced the relaunch of their digital magazine. The magazine had originally been a large publication of around 90 pages and had been on the go for a year. But it has now been re-vamped and cut down to just a third of the number of original pages and now boasts two celebrity columnists; Amanda Lamb of „Place in the Sun“ fame and George Clarke of the „Great British Property Scandal“.
The What House? digital magazine is a free publication which is delivered to your email address once a month or the current issue can be read online. It contains news articles and features the latest new homes being sold in all regions of Britain. It condenses details of the latest property news featured on the mains website into a more compact format.
Now What House? are adding to their already impressive list of services by launching a bulletin service. This will send you an email each week to notify you of up and coming events across the UK for the next 7 days. It will feature details of the latest development launches, tell you where new show homes are being unveiled and where developers are holding open days.
